This fudge is way better than any chocolate fudge that you buy from the stores and is easily adaptable to individual taste preference.

I always have different sizes of chocolate chip in my pantry to bake my ever favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies. Yes, you heard it right! My favorite chocolate chip cookies... It is the only thing with chocolate that I love and can never say no to.

Chocolate fudge packed in tin

Apart from the chocolate chip, we need a can of condensed milk and a little bit of butter to make this incredibly easy chocolate fudge. I have used M&M candies to top my fudge, but we can easily replace it with any nuts of your choice. Or you could top it with more chocolate to make it double chocolaty (if that's even a word)!

This Easy Chocolate Fudge is one great idea for edible gifts for your kid's teachers or your friends or neighbors. I took a few to my little one's Basketball practice last night and every one loved it.

It was such a pleasure to see them enjoying it and I came back promising that I will make more when we meet for the games.

Expert tips

  • Use good quality chocolate to make the fudge. I like a mix of semi sweet and milk but you can use any of your choice.
  • Using chocolate chips is a great option to make this fudge as they melt evenly.
  • Make sure to melt the chocolate in low flame to ensure we have a smooth mixture. The fudge tastes way better when it is smooth and melts in the mouth.
  • Definitely leave a parchment sheet overhang as it makes it so much easier to remove the fudge when it hardens.
  • Use any kind of candy or nuts or chocolate chip on top.

Lucky you Sandhya, you don't like chocolate. I love chocolate and given a choice, I always pick chocolate. I am planning on baking some cookies for my nephew and of the two recipes I narrowed down, the one with choco chips won 🙂 .

Beautiful and colorful chocolate fudge and colorful M&Ms adorn the fudge.
