- 15 Phyllo cups / filo cups 1 pack has 15 mini pre-baked cups
- 3 tablespoon Cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Salsa
- ½ cup Mexican blend cheese
- 1 Spring onions thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Jalapeno finely chopped, optional
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Layer a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned for the filling and mix well.
Remove the phyllo cups from the package and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Spoon the filling into the cups. It does not take a lot of filling as these shells are really small.
Bake them in the preheated oven until the cheese is melting (about 10 to 12 minutes).
Remove from the oven and let it cool for couple for minutes before serving.
