- 2 tablespoon Oil I used vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon Water
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 ½ tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 2 tablespoon All Purpose flour
- Salt a pinch
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Chips
- Whipped cream or Ice cream to serve (optional)
In a a small bowl, sift the flour and the cocoa together. You could just whisk them together, but I like to sift the cocoa as they lump up and sifting makes a smooth brownie.
Add the sugar to the sifted flour mixture.
In the baking dish (microwavable dish) that we are going to make the brownie, measure the oil and the water. Add the vanilla extract to it and mix.
Now add the salt and the sifted cocoa/flour mixture and gently mix to combine.
Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip and mix. Top with the remaining chocolate chip and microwave it in high for one minute.
Insert a toothpick to see if it cooked inside and if needed, microwave it for 15 more seconds.
Serve as is or top with ice cream or whipped cream and serve!
