Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Chunky peanut butter can be substituted with smooth
  • ¼ cup Coconut milk more if your prefer thinner sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • Crushed peanuts for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except the crushed peanuts) in a small sauce pan.
  • Cook it on low heat, stirring continuously. Let the mixture come to a simmer and then turn off the flame.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts.
