Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Seedless watermelon cubed
  • ¼ cup Raspberries
  • cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Lemon juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice – to serve

Instructions

  • Place watermelon, raspberries and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. I strained the juice, since it was a little too thick for my liking, but you could leave it as is in the refrigerator for at least an hour to chill.
