– Besan / Kadalai Maavu – Rice flour – Baking soda – Sugar – Salt – Food Color Yellow – Cashew nut – Raisin – Cardamom powder – Nutmeg powder – Clove powder – Edible Camphor crushed – Ghee – Oil – Kalkandu

– Make the sugar syrup.

– Make the boondi.

      Step 2

– Turn the boondi over once or twice, and once it becomes light brown in color, drain it on a paper towel.

      Step 3

– Shape the ladoo. – Place the shaped laddu in a wide plate or tray and let it sit uncovered for few hours air dry them.
