Turmeric Milk or Golden Milk as it is widely called is one of the ancient household remedies that helps with lot of symptoms when sick. This Manjal Paal is very easy to make and takes only 10 minutes.

- 1 ½ cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1-2 tablespoon Honey depending on the sweetness
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
Boil the milk. Once the milk boils, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Serve when warm to the kids. I would suggest that they drink it a little bit on the high warm side.
