We successfully finished our month-long Baking Marathon, and it was a great experience. This marathon gave me a chance to try my hands on several new breads and bakes.
The bookmarks list has grown so much that we need a marathon to make those. Thanks to the BM team and Srivalli for making this happen month after month.
I have the complete list of all the bakes that I have done this month. Click on the picture or the recipe name, and it will take you to that particular recipe.
Day 1 - Buttermilk Bread / White Sandwich Bread
This is an eggless bread recipe that I made with homemade buttermilk

Day 8 - Baked Mexican Tortilla pie
Layers of beans and vegetables make up this wonderful weeknight dinner. This gave me an opportunity to bake in my cast-iron skillet.

This is Cypriot Easter bread made with sheep's milk cheese. It is a savory pie.

I grew up eating these in the local bakeries in India. Made with store-bought puff pastry sheets and had a traditional potato filling.
